While away for New year we received sad news.. we lost our Grandma. Besides the sadness, I am feeling so very grateful & inspired!

📷She lived longer than the queen, 96years and 9months!
📷She was forever educating others & held a wonderful work ethic.
📷in her prime, she cooked some amazing food inspired by her many travels.
📷 I never saw her diet or exercise to any extreme.

We always celebrated pancake day, baked, planted and sewed together. As I grew up I always felt I wanted to make her proud, she was a hard one to please on the external at times but had passion for us all to succeed in our own way.

This is something I hope to continue to do, in helping others - just like she did! 📷

So as heavy as my heart is, The January Elevate 12 week Coaching intake still launches for those ready to learn, implement & thrive.
Because making it towards 96 mobile, healthy & happy is a wonderful goal!
