✨I can tell you what to eat… but you won’t do it...

Harsh? Maybe. But it’s the truth for many.
Most women I speak to already know roughly what to eat... more whole foods, more protein, less sugar, better sleep, more movement.
The problem isn’t knowledge.
It’s what’s happening underneath that keeps you from following through.
Because it’s not just about food.
It’s about fear...of change, of failure, of what happens if you try again and it still doesn’t work.
It’s about not understanding how your identity needs to evolve, that the “old you” who thrived on control or extremes might not fit the woman you’re becoming.
It’s about the lack of education around the female stages... puberty, perimenopause, menopause... where your body, hormones, and energy needs shift dramatically, yet nobody taught you how to adapt!
And it’s about societal conditioning, the habits, beliefs, and expectations that tell you to shrink, to multitask endlessly, to put everyone else first, to earn your rest.
So when you don’t follow the “perfect” plan…
It’s not because you’re lazy or lack willpower.
It’s because you’re trying to change behavior without changing the story underneath it.
Here’s where lasting change begins:
🌱 Awareness — Notice what’s really holding you back. Is it fear, guilt, perfectionism, or overwhelm?
💬 Compassion — Stop fighting the old version of yourself; she got you this far.
🔁 Re-alignment — Create habits that support who you are now...not who you were 10 years ago.
Because you don’t need another “what to eat” list.
You need to understand why you’re not following the ones you already have.
I’d love to know: which part of this resonates most for you?
Hit reply and tell me what feels hardest about staying consistent right now... fear, identity, education, or habits?
I’ll reply personally and help you take the first step forward.

PS. My Client Sharon says “Working with Jemma has been about so much more than food and exercise. I’ve gained confidence, balance, and a deeper understanding of myself. I now feel like I’m becoming the best version of me not someone else’s idea of what I ‘should’ be.”
This is exactly what happens when you shift from just knowing what to do, to understanding why you haven’t been able to do it...yet
